Do I need to bring my SD cards or hard drives?
No, our team takes care of storing your files on our secure servers to prevent loss. We will send them to you within 48-72 business hours (maximum) after the session ends.
Can you handle the editing of my episodes?
Of course, we have a team of qualified editors who handle all post-production. You just need to choose the type of editing you want when making your reservation.
Can I cancel my session?
To get a refund or reschedule, you have up to 48 hours before your session begins to notify us so we can reschedule the session.
How long will it take to receive the complete edit if my episode?
We deliver edits within 5-7 business days after the recording date, depending on the complexity of the brief.
